UpTier Education has been founded by a team passionate about education and who earnestly want to help students meet their true potential.

Madhumita Singh, Co-founder
MS has been in education business for over 2 decades. She has been running a successful institute MS Academy for the past 4 years and has coached more than 1,000 students in India and abroad. Her students are across the globe – Middle East, Singapore and UK among other countries.

Vivek Gupta, Co-founder
After completing his MBA from Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, New Delhi, Vivek started his career as a Co-founder of a chain of pre-schools. Subsequently he joined the corporate world, and in his spare time he continued to teach students aspiring to join premier MBA institutes.
His passion for education has got him to start upTier Education with the objective of helping students meet their true potential. He believes, that the IB methodology is the best way to teach school children and prepare them for further studies and also for life!  
The basic nature of humans is to explore and find out. That is how we have progressed as a society. IB methodology of “inquiry, action and reflection” builds on this very instinct to “construct meaning and make sense of the world”.
